Enter your A2-Level grades:
If, for example, you have an A-level in a subject with an A grade. You would read down the 'GCE A level and AVCE' column until you reach 'A'.
Next you would read across to the UCAS 'tariff points' column, and that is the total number of points you have.
It is a common mistake to add the AS points and the A-level points together. The 'GCE AS & AS VCE' column is only to be used for subjects that were only studied at AS-level.
All of this can be quite confusing so why not just use our UCAS points calculator? Just remember to only put subjects that you dropped after AS-level into the AS-section of the calculator.
The UCAS points calculator uses the following tariff table to convert A-Level and AS grades to ucas points.
| Grade | Tariff points | ||||
| GCE & AVCE Double Award | A level with additional AS (9 units) | GCE A level and AVCE | GCE AS Double Award | GCE AS & AS VCE | |
